This is a perfectly balanced sweet and tart drink. It is almost too pretty to drink!
INGREDIENTS
- 60ml Clever Gin
- 100ml dragonfruit syrup
- 30ml lemon juice
- 1 white egg
METHOD
Put everything in shaker and dry shake (no ice). Add ice and shake again until well chilled. Fine strain into glass and add garnish. Cheers!
