Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from our warehouse in 1-3 business days. Once an order ships, carriers will usually deliver the order in 2-7 business days.
Please notice that during high volume promotions and holidays it may take longer for you to receive your order.
Clever Mocktails cannot guarantee shipping times and cannot cancel a shipment once it’s in transit. If a product is in transit and is taking longer than expected, we will not issue a refund in the event the product arrives later than expected
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping if free with any orders of 75$ or more before taxes. Otherwise, we charge a flat fee of $10.00 for shipping
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation including your tracking number and a link where you can track your order.
I only received part of my order. What do I do ?
Please note that in order to avoid overpacking, all our cases are sent separately, and it happens sometimes that some cases arrive before others. It rarely takes more than a few days to receive the rest, but if you still haven’t received anything after a 7 days, please email us at info@clevermocktails.com
My order/item was damaged in transit. What do I do ?
If your order/item is damaged during shipping, please take a photo of the damaged good(s), provide your email address used to place the order and order number and send this information to info@clevermocktails.com
My order was returned to sender. What do I do ?
If your order was returned to the sender for any reason, please email our customer service team at info@clevermocktails.com
What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please notify our team immediately via email at info@clevermocktails.com
Please note, once an order is placed there's a very small amount of time in which we are able to make any order changes.
I'm unable to place an order.
You can only place an order on our website if your delivery address is located in Canada. Please send an email at info@clevermocktails.com, our customer service team will be able to assist you.
Can I change my order?
Due to the high volume of orders and limited quantities available, we are unable to make changes to any orders once the order is placed.

I forgot to add my coupon code before placing my order.
Unfortunatly, once your order is placed, it is not possible for us to modify it. You might be able to use your coupon for your next order.
My coupon code is not working.
Please note that you can only use promo codes once on regular priced items and it can't be use on subscriptions. It can't be combined with any other offers. Certain coupon also have an expiry date and can't be claimed once expired.

How do I drink Clever products?
Our mocktails are ready to drink, and our non-alcoholic gin can be used to create custom and unique mocktails with juices, tonic…you can be as creative as you wish.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our gin bottle can be preserved for a year. Once it's opened, make sure to consume within 3 months.
Our mocktails can be preserved for a year. Underneath the can you have the lot number which indicates when they were made. The first two numbers are the year and the last 3 numbers are the day of the year out of 365.
Here’s an example : Lot 21238
Year : 2021
Day : 238/365 = 26th of august (you can check online which day it is)
The mocktail was made on the 26th of august of 2021
It is best before the 26th of august of 2022
Do your mocktails contain gluten?
No, our products are gluten free !
What is the alcohol contentin these drinks?
Our cans contain between 0.1% and 0.3% alcohol. Yes it's not zero but it's really not much either. In fact, it's as much as kombucha, vinegar, or orange juice, and it's safe for pregnant women to drink.
As for our 750 ml gin, it is at 0%, so drink it without moderation!
What should I do if part of my order is missing or has not arrived?
We ship our products separately in cases of 12 cans and it can happen that some will arrive a little later than others. If you still haven't received the rest of the order within a few days, contact us at info@clevermocktails.com
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us at info@clevermocktails.com. Make sure to include your order number as well as pictures of the damaged order.
