- 2oz non-alcoholic Clever gin
- 3/4oz cranberry juice
- 1/2oz cranberry rosemary simple syrup (easy to make homemade)
- 1/4oz ginger juice
- 1/4oz lime juice
- rosemary sprig to smoke glass and for garnish
- tonic to top
Prep glass by lighting up a bit of rosemary and put glass over. Put everything in shaker except tonic and shake with ice until well chilled. Strain into glass and top with tonic. Add rosemary garnish and cheers!
