Ingredients
- 2oz non-alcoholic CLEVER Gin
- 1/4oz simple syrup
- 1 lychee
- 4 raspberries
- Guava soda
- Tonic
- garnish: umbrella and raspberry
Method
- Muddle raspberries and lychee in shaker.
- Add simple syrup and gin then shake with ice.
- Strain into goblet style glass filled with ice.
- Top with guava soda and tonic. Add garnish and cheers!
